Items are all freezer friendly for up to 3 months. Each one comes with reheating or thawing instructions. Treat yourself!

 

Browse the selections below. Email me at ketocolumbus@gmail.com to place your order (or use the form below). You can pay through Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal. I will have you indicate how you are paying when you place your order.
