This delicious foundation is made with LOVE, coconut flour, Swerve sweetener, pure Madagascar vanilla, and Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips (no eggs, no worries!). Middle layer is a cheesecake - geesh that sounds so boring after that cookie dough description. And finally, a chocolate ganache topping you’ve only dreamt about while Keto-ing. Freezes exceptionally well. Actually, it tastes a bit like an ice cream bar and I like to eat this straight from the freezer just as well.
